Welcome to American Cementing Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors.
Sending an employee for Reasonable Suspicion testing may be one of the most difficult things a supervisor may have to do, but it also may be the most important.
Specified in the FMCSA motor carrier regulations, determining if an employee should be sent for Drug and or Alcohol testing, is a supervisor duty.
All persons that are in a supervisory roll or oversee a driver, must have training on physical, behavioral, and performance indicators of controlled substances and alcohol testing regulations and must have the information on the effects and consequences of substance use or alcohol misuse to determine when an employee must be tested under reasonable suspicion.
This training course will help to meet the regulation requirements for Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors, and will also help provide clarity on the specifics of Reasonable Suspicion Testing Requirements.
